These 20m² rooms feature a bright, colorful ambiance and include a wooden floor, Fauteuil with standard-lamp, shower/WC, hairdryer, flat screen TV, writing desk, radio, safe, minibar, WiFi and a balcony providing views over the lake! Of course, our balconies offer comfortable seating and a small table.
The room price includes the following feel-good amenities:
Table tennis, sun lounger, parasol, locked car parking and bicycle box (including charging station for electric bikes), using our Spa (sauna, steam bath, infrared – and deep-heath technology cabins, relaxation room with terrace), bath robe, towels, mosquito screens on all windows and our brand new Alpenkraft shower to save water and offering a relaxing massage function.
For an additional charge: massage, bath treatments. Kayaks and a Stand-Up-Paddle Boards (SUP) are offered at a small fee (much lower than official rental companies offer).

- Visitor`s tax is charged separately with the invoice (€ 2,70 per night / per adult).
- Extra bed on request, 75,- Euro per day, including breakfast buffet.
- Dogs are welcome according to prior arrangement, €25,00 per day without food.
- Between 6th and 13th of September 2026 the European Bike Week will take place. Therefore we have a minimum stay of 5 nights for arrivals as of 6th of September.
- In case you wish to use our terrace, garden and lake access after 12noon on your day of departure, we charge 35,- Euro per person. Our wellness area is not included.
